  • What is Mine Chest?

    The official subscription box crafted by Minecraft lovers for Minecraft lovers. Every chest is filled with exclusive Minecraft merch, such as a full-color T-shirt or other apparel item, collectibles, toys, and more. Every Mine Chest is designed to let adventurers of all ages bring their love of the game into the real world with items that players will enjoy wearing, collecting, and creating.

  • What can I expect to receive in my Mine Chests?
    Every chest is filled with exclusive Minecraft merch available only to Mine Chest subscribers, including a full-color T-shirt or other apparel item, collectibles, toys, and more. Even the in-game chest replica is collectible! Reverse it to create a colorful new Minecraft block to store your real-world inventory.
  • Can I give Mine Chest as a gift?

    Definitely. Just make sure that the gift recipient’s address is correctly input as the shipping address. You will remain the owner of the account and receive all information regarding billing and future shipments.  To purchase a fixed-length, prepaid gift subscription, please call 1-866-984-0188 and we'll set you up.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal for subscription purchases.
  • How often do Mine Chests ship?        

    We announce and ship new themed chests monthly, sometimes even tying in with the latest Minecraft software release. Be the first to own a real-world item based on the game.

  • Do you offer longer term subscriptions?

    Yep! Please give our team a call at 1-866-984-0188  (Monday – Friday, 10am-4pm EST) to be set up with a prepaid multi-month subscription.

  • Can I change my shipping address?

    Of course. Sign in to your dashboard 24/7 to update shipping information by following these quick steps:

    Select the Mine Chest logo under Manage Subscriptions > Select Add New Shipping Address under Shipping Address > Enter new address details and select SAVE.

    Or, send us an email at contact@minechest.com with your new address and we will update your account.

  • Can I change my T-Shirt size?

    Of course. Sign in to your dashboard 24/7 to update your T-Shirt size by following these quick steps:

    Change t-shirt size for a chest that is currently in Chest Preview:

    From your Dashboard > Select your next shipment under Your Recent Chests > Select new t-shirt size from the dropdown menu > Select SAVE.

    Change t-shirt size for all chests going forward (be sure to update any shipments in Chest Preview as noted above, as well):

    From your Dashboard > Select Mine Chest logo under Manage Subscriptions > Select new t-shirt size under Manage Future Chest Shipments > Select UPDATE T-SHIRT SIZE.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You may turn off auto-renewal of your subscription any time from your account dashboard by following these quick steps:

    From your Dashboard > Select Mine Chest logo under Manage Subscriptions > Select DISABLE AUTO RENEWAL under Mine Chest Subscription. You may reactivate auto-renewal if you wish at any time in the future. 

  • Can I change my payment method on file?
    Sure thing! Please log in to your online dashboard and select The Official Minecraft Mine Chest logo under Manage Subscriptions > Under Payment Details, select Add New Credit Card > Enter card information > Select Add Card.

SHIPPING

  • When do Mine Chests ship?

    Your very first Mine Chest order will ship as soon as possible. Expect delivery within 5-7 business days of placing your order. Exceptions may apply during periods of peak volume or product launch.

    After that, depending on when in the month your first order was placed, we will ship according to this schedule:  If you placed your first order before the 20th of the prior month, we will charge you and begin prepping your next chest for shipment on or about the 1st.  If you ordered after the 20th of the prior month, we will charge you and begin prepping your next chest for shipment on the 15th. We don’t want to ship chests too often, but we do not want you to miss out on a chest, so we space shipments out accordingly as we move you onto our standard schedule.

    By your third chest, you’ll be on track to be charged on or around the 1st of the month and shipped shortly thereafter, every month.  You will always receive a tracking email when your chest has shipped, and your tracking info will appear in your dashboard as well.

  • Where is my Mine Chest?

    Take a peek at your online dashboard for individual chest shipment status. You’ll see the status of your shipment, plus a tracking link if the chest is on its way. You’ll also receive tracking information via email every month. If you need further assistance, email us at contact@minechest.com

  • How long does shipping take?

    Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping after you have placed your initial order. You will receive a tracking email when your chest has shipped, and you may view chest status and tracking information in your dashboard as well. For monthly chests, expect delivery within 5-7 business days of receiving tracking information. 

  • Do you ship to APO addresses?    

    Yes, we will gladly ship to APO addresses. An additional charge will be applied at checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?        

    Please place international orders at www.minechestinternational.com.

    Canada orders will be accepted very soon at www.minechest.ca.

  • Do you ship to PO boxes?
    Absolutely. Go ahead and order for PO Box delivery.
