Can I give Mine Chest as a gift?
Definitely. Just make sure that the gift recipient’s address is correctly input as the shipping address. You will remain the owner of the account and receive all information regarding upcoming shipments. What is your cancellation policy?
You may turn off auto-renewal of your subscription any time from your account dashboard. If you wish to cancel a prepaid gift subscription early, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that early cancellation of a prepaid gift subscription is subject to a $24 fee, which will be deducted from the balance remaining on your subscription.
When do Mine Chests ship?
We aim to ship monthly chests early each month, so they’ll arrive in your home by mid-month. You’ll always receive a tracking email when your chest has shipped.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my chest?
We do not accept returns at this time. Please do reach out to our team to assist if there is an issue with your chest this month and we’ll do our best to find a suitable solution.
What is your refund policy?
If your chest is lost, arrives seriously damaged or destroyed, please reach out to our customer care team to seek reshipment or a refund. We are unable to accept returns and issue refunds for opened chests, in general.
